On December 18, 2009 the Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. enjoyed a day of training and a little fun at Ameristar Casino and Hotel in St. Charles,MO. The offices began the day of training at 9:30am at the Ameristar Casino and Hotel Conference Center in ballroom Discovery D. The Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. went over items such as bankruptcy, a mock case opening, and much more. After a few hours the office decided to break for lunch downstairs in the Landmark Buffet.
At lunch the law offfices enjoyed exchanging christmas gifts before finishing lunch and heading back into the ballroom to finish the day of training. The second session of the training involved fictional case breakout sessions and much more. These fictional case breakout sessions helped the office better understand what goes into putting a case together. The secretaries got to learn what the investigators look for and the investigators got to learn what the attorneys look for. This exercise was used to bring the office together, to better unify our efforts and keep our office strong.
After these sessions, the training day ended at 4:00pm. Many of the office staff joined for dinner at Bugatti's Steak and Pasta were they had a wonderful evening. This was a great end to successful day. Many of the employees felt the training day was "like a retreat."
The Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey,P.C. will be having another training day later in the new year.
