Bilbrey, P.C. as a 2006 graduate of the Universty of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and honors as a member of??Phi Kappa Phi??and is a 2009 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law.????
In 2009 at Southern Illinois University School of Law Michael V. Oltmann graduated with honors??as Order of Barristers, Appellate Moot Court Board Member, CALI Excellence Award in Advanced Appellate Advocacy and is a Madison County Bar Association Scholarship Recipient.??
Michael V. Oltmann is the new fresh face of the Law Offices??of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. and we are happy to have him working with us. ??
