Video
The Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. have added a new video to their website. This new addition is located on the proving the source page. The video comes to us from a video deposition taken of our client, Mr. Larry Bullington. An introduction to the video states " Larry Bullington, an insulator with Local 37 of the international Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, was a client diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma..."
We videotaped this trial testimony when Larry was still able to do so. Mesothelioma is a cancer that invades and encases the lung, making it difficult to breath with minimal exertion. In this video you will hear Mr. Bullington having difficulty breathing performing the basic tasks of an insulator. The video is a demonstration of Mr. Bullington showing how insulators cut pipe covering and mixed insulating cement. These proceses where performed many times each day. The clouds of dust seen in the video formerly contained untold billions of asbestos fibers. This video is meant to show how insulators and other workers on job sites, like Mr. Bullington, were exposed to large amounts of asbestos.

The Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. have released two commercials with Charter television. These commercials were created with the help of CharterMedia, MCM and FindLaw.
The commercials will be airing from January 2010 till the end of March 2010. The following is a list of networks you can view the commercials on: TWC, CNN, FOXN, HALL, NGEO, HIST, LIFE, HGTV, TNT, ESPN, DIS, HLN and FOXB.
One of the commercials was taken from the video on our home page. It shows that we here at the Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. take pride in our jobs and Michael R. Bilbrey speaks true to that. The other commercial is alerting audiences about Lung Cancer and depending upon their situation we can help them.
